These Terms govern your access to and use of Field & Veil and related services (the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in mechanism secure.
• Do not share access codes or attempt to access accounts you do not own.

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. If your subscription renews automatically, you can manage billing through the account settings and billing portal when available.

Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as notes, entries, and settings). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content only as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field & Veil and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
